The staff and location - fabulous. Really friendly and in a great spot. There is no traffic noise on the higher floors. Good sized bathroom, with a bath. The view from the top floor of the Chrysler Building is breathtaking. 5th Avenue, Central Park, Empire State all a short walk away.

location was perfect. Very close to central park, times square, grand central station, Rockefeller centre. and close metro lines with short commutes to every place we wanted to go

Stayed in the room with a friend of mine for a mutual friend's wedding. Great location that's a ten minute walk from Central Park in Manhattan. Beds were comfortable. Space was a little tight beyond the beds, but that's fine since we were just in the room to sleep. One block from a Duane Reed for food or toiletries that you may have forgotten.

Very comfortable and clean room in city center. You can walk to most of turist attractions or take a metro, which is close by. Stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was a very basic continental breakfast. However, coffee tasted surprisingly well. Croissants and pastries were warmed up at times, but not always. it's a "grab and go" type of breakfast, a nice "early breakfast" to grab and head to the City. Although very basic, it did fill us up well till lunchtime.
